About MH Pathways
MH Pathways is a multidisciplinary mental-health practice providing care through:

We offer in-office, telehealth, telephone, and community-based support.
Our goal is to provide safe, ethical, person-centred care delivered with professionalism, compassion and respect.
Appointments & Bookings
Making a booking
Appointments can be made through:

Phone or email enquiries

Referral forms (NDIS or Psychiatry Referral)
Some services may require a GP referral, medical information or background documents before an appointment can be confirmed.
Telehealth
Telehealth appointments may be offered via secure video or telephone.
It is your responsibility to ensure:

a private, safe environment

a stable internet or phone connection
-
any required documentation is available
Telehealth may not be appropriate for all clinical situations.
Cancellations
Cancellations or rescheduling require 24 hours’ notice unless otherwise specified.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee at the clinician’s discretion.
Fees & Payment
MH Pathways provides services to:

Private paying clients

Medicare bulk-billed clients (where applicable)

NDIS participants (self-managed or plan-managed)

DVA and other funding schemes (when applicable)
Fees vary by clinician and service type.
You will be informed of any fees prior to your appointment.
Invoices must be paid in accordance with the terms provided.
Outstanding accounts may affect future bookings.
Clinical Care & Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with other treating professionals (with consent)

This helps ensure cohesive, safe and coordinated care.
Risk, Safety & Emergencies
We do not provide crisis or emergency services.
