• Your GP or treating clinicians

• Support coordinators

• Referrers

• Other practitioners involved in your care

• Provide mental-health assessment, diagnosis and treatment

• Coordinate your care with other professionals (with consent)

• Manage referrals, bookings and administration

• Process billing, rebates and funding requirements

• Meet legal, ethical and professional obligations

• Improve our services and client experience

We will not use your information for any purpose unrelated to your care without your consent.

How we store your information

Your information is stored securely in professional clinical software and protected systems, including:

• Encrypted clinical records (e.g., Halaxy)

• Secure email

• Password-protected devices and files

• Encrypted online form submissions

We retain records in line with legal and professional requirements.

Disclosure of your information

We may share your information with:

• Your GP, psychiatrist, psychologist or other treating clinicians

• NDIS providers or support coordinators (with your consent)

• Medicare, private health funds or NDIA (where required)

• Other practitioners within MH Pathways involved in your care

• Emergency services if there is a serious risk of harm

• Legal or regulatory bodies when required by law

We do not sell or share your information for marketing purposes.

Your rights

You may request access to your personal or health information, or ask us to correct inaccurate details.

Website and online forms

When you use our website or submit an online form, we may collect non-identifying information such as browser data or general
website analytics.

Any information submitted through referral or contact forms is transmitted securely.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
